Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on uniqworld.in, operated by Aarushi. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our support team.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Due to our Import Against Order fulfilment model, orders cannot be cancelled once any of the following has occurred:

• Order processing has started
• Supplier verification or packaging has begun
• The order has been dispatched from the international fulfilment center

Once an order reaches any of these stages, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Cancellation Approval

• All cancellation requests are subject to verification
• Approval depends on order status at the time of request

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation approval
• Payment gateway or bank processing times may vary

6. Failed or Rejected Cancellations

If a cancellation request is rejected due to order processing or dispatch, the order will continue to delivery and will then be subject to the Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before placing an order. Cancellation requests submitted outside the permitted timeframe may not be accepted.
