All products listed on uniqworld.in follow an Import Against Order model. Customer orders are collected in bulk and dispatched directly from our primary international fulfilment center located in China. Each order is processed through a standard global logistics workflow before reaching India.

Processing Duration:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Processing includes supplier verification, quality checks, consolidation, and preparation for dispatch.
Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) generally begin processing the same business day.
Non-Processing Days:
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Customers will be notified by email if an order requires additional processing time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Estimated delivery for most orders is 18–20 business days from the date of order placement. This timeline includes:
• Order verification, quality check, and dispatch from our China fulfilment center
• International transit
• Customs clearance in India
• Final local delivery to the customer’s address
Note: Delivery times may extend due to customs delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues in the logistics chain.
Global and Local Partners:
Shipments may be handled by international carriers such as 4PX, Yanwen, China Post, or similar global logistics providers. After clearing Indian customs, packages are typically handed over to local partners, including India Post or equivalent domestic couriers.
Order Tracking:
• A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to show active updates after initial dispatch.
We manage all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance-related charges.
Customers are not required to pay any additional fees at delivery.
If a charge is requested:
If a courier or customs office unexpectedly asks for payment, contact us immediately at help@uniqworld.in. Do not make any payment; our team will handle the required clearance steps.
Possible Delays:
Delivery may be delayed due to:
• Extended customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Weather or transit disruptions
• Unexpected logistic issues
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Lost or Missing Orders:
If your package is not delivered within 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, or if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, contact our support team.
We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund based on the investigation.
Address Changes:
Shipping addresses can only be corrected if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched from the international facility, we may not be able to make changes.
